Job Description

- Managing dining restaurant & bar operations, marketing, event coordination (with landlord/customers)
- Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

Job Requirements

- Experience in high end restaurant and bar / serving high end customers will be advantage
- Able to work during weekends or Public Holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leaderships skills
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Experience in managing event and coordination with landlord / customers will be advantage

Compensation

- Basic salary + meal provided
- 5 or 6 working days (alternate 6,5,6,5), offday mostly on Monday/ Tuesday
- Non split shift, 1 hour break time
- Working hour: 10.30am-10.30pm OR 11am-11pm (depend on the outlet)
- Benefit: 14 days annual leave, increase by 1 day year by year
- Birthday leave 1 day
